1. Order. Place your order with a participating Jamaica Fried Chicken store through JFC Delivers.

2. The store cooks. Your store gets the order right away and starts it — most orders are ready in about 10–20 minutes.

3. A driver is assigned. The system assigns your order to one of the store's on-duty drivers, who picks it up and brings it to you.

4. One simple fee. A flat $12 delivery fee covers the delivery — $10 goes to your driver, $2 to JFC Delivers. The store pays nothing.

JFC Delivers runs a text message program called JFC Delivers Alerts. It is how our system talks to the people who fulfill your order:

• Store staff get a text (and a voice call) when a new order comes in.
• Drivers get a text with their delivery assignment and job link.
• Customers may get order status texts about an order they placed.

Store staff and drivers join the program during in-person onboarding: a manager explains the alerts, reads the consent wording, and enters the person's number into the system only after they verbally agree. Customers receive order texts only in connection with an order they placed.
