Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026. JFC Delivers is a food delivery platform operated by Sweet World Enterprise, Inc. By placing an order or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Food is prepared and sold by the individual Jamaica Fried Chicken store you order from. Payment for food and tax is charged to that store through Square. A flat $12 delivery fee is charged for delivery: $10 is paid to the assigned driver and $2 is retained by JFC Delivers.

Cancellations and changes

An order may be cancelled online only while the store has not yet started preparing it. Once the store has started an order, it cannot be changed or cancelled online.

Allergens

Store kitchens handle peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat/gluten, fish, shellfish, and sesame, and cross-contact can occur. Neither JFC Delivers nor the store guarantees that any item is allergen-free or accepts responsibility or liability for allergic reactions. Customers order at their own risk.

SMS terms — JFC Delivers Alerts

JFC Delivers Alerts is the messaging program of JFC Delivers, operated by Sweet World Enterprise, Inc. Store staff and drivers opt in during in-person onboarding: a manager explains the program, reads the consent wording aloud, and enters the number into the system only after the person verbally agrees. Enrolled staff receive order-alert texts and voice calls at the store's number; enrolled drivers receive delivery-assignment texts with a job link; customers may receive order status texts for orders they placed. Message frequency varies with order volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Store alert recipients may also text PAUSE to pause alerts and GO to resume them.
