Privacy Policy

Effective November 4, 2026. JFC Delivers is operated by Sweet World Enterprise, Inc. ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the JFC Delivers platform collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Customer name, phone number, and delivery address, provided when an order is placed; order and payment details (card payments are processed by Square; we do not store full card numbers); and, for store staff and drivers who opt in to alerts, their name and mobile phone number.

How we use it

To prepare, assign, deliver, and support orders; to send order-alert calls and text messages to store staff and drivers; to send customers order status messages; and to keep records of deliveries and driver pay.

Text messaging

Store staff and drivers opt in to JFC Delivers Alerts verbally during in-person onboarding, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We share order details only with the store preparing your order and the driver assigned to deliver it, and with service providers (such as Square for payments and Twilio for calls and texts) only as needed to run the platform.
